So you too can sell - part four

Taken from the book by Kevin Lancaster and Lesley Bosch titled,"So you want to sell houses?"

  • If you continue doing what you have been doing, you will continue getting what you have been getting.
  • You have two choices: The pain of self discipline or the pain of regret.
  • If you can fill the unforgiving minute with sixty seconds'worth of distance run, yours is the earth and everything that's in it!
  • Finished files are the results of years of scientific study combined with the experience of many years of experts.
  • Sow a thought, reap an action. Sow an action, reap a habit, Sow a habit, reap a character. Sow a character, reap a destiny.
  • Habit is either the best of servants or the worst of masters.
  • Only the foolish and the dead never change their opinions.
  • You already possess everything to become great!
  • "A soul without a high aim is like a ship without a rudder."
  • If you are not growing - you are dying.
  • The greatest tragedy in life is not death - the greatest tragedy is life without purpose.
  • There is no reward for long service in real estate. It is what you do this year that counts!
  • Let him that would move the team - first move himself.
  • Remember the fundamentals of teamwork - TRUST, COMMUNICATION and HONESTY.
  • You can't act like a skunk without someone getting wind of it!
  • "It is no use saying, "We are doing the our best." You have got to succeed in doing what is necessary."
Some quote where by people like Rudyard Kipling, Eileen Caddy and Winston Churchill.

This is a must read book, in it they further says,"In hell they have everything to eat but they have knives and forks at one meter long and each man feeds himself and in heaven they have two meter long knives and forks but they feed each other."

Now that we know.........................
