  • "Nothing is sweeter to our ears than the sound of our own name."
  • He who masters himself will soon be master of others.
  • Monetary rewards should not be part of the goal but a consequence of the goal achieved.
  • A "no" uttered with the deepest conviction is better than a "yes" uttered to please.
  • Some minds are like concrete - thoroughly mixed and permanently set!
  •  "Always be first rate version of yourself, instead of a second rate version of somebody else."
  • "...avoid loud and aggressive people, they are a vexation to the spirit."
  • "What  we have to learn to do - we learn by doing."
  • Live in an attitude of positive expectancy in your life benefits you in some way.
  • "Nine-tenths of wisdom is being wise in time!"
  • If you have to swallow a frog - do it quickly!
  • Despair is the price one pays for setting oneself an impossible task.
  • If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.
  • When you are not achieving your objective, change your strategy not your objective.
  • "It's funny how the harder I try,the luckier I get."
  • "A verbal contract isn't worth the paper it is written on."
  • "Give us the tools and we will finish the job"
  • No man's pie is ever free from the taxman's finger.
  • "I have been poor and I have been rich.Rich is better."
  • we must learn to love change. It is the only thing that is certain.
  • Early to bed, early to rise, work like hell - and organise!
  • "Punctuality is something that if you have it, there's often no one around to share it with you."
Some quotes where by people like Rodriguez, Judy Garland, Aristotle, Theodore Roosevelt, Gary Player, Sam Goldwyn, Winston Churchill, Sophie Tucker and Hylda Baker.
