• Service consistency, in the long run, is the great differentiator between the estate agent that prospers and the one that just marks time.
• Imagine if estate agents were like dentists. One offers one minute of painless drilling time and another gives the client a full ten minutes of excruciating drilling pain. Both charge the same fee. If you had the choice which would you employ?
• Great men undertake great things because they are great. Fools because they believe them to be easy.
